Description
Active dried yeast help makes bread rises and provide an airy and light texture. Health Paradise imports premium grade natural active dried yeast from France and it is excellent for dough and bread making. With the freshness and being active, it will gives excellent results.
Usage Tips: 2-1/4 tsp active dried yeast equals one 7 gram yeast packet. Proof active dried yeast in warm water (about 32-43°C) for about 5 minutes to allow the yeast to activate. A small amount of sugar or other sweetener (1 tsp) can aid in yeast activation.
Suitable for breads, cinnamon rolls, buns, pizza or doughnuts.
Ingredients: Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisae), Sorbitan monostearate, Ascorbic acid.
Store in a cool dry place. Keeps best refrigerated.
